Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Beat sugar, margarine and shortening until light and fluffy.
  • Add yogurt and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir flour mixture into sugar mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets.

softened ¼ cup Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup packed light brown sugar ½ cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 large eggs 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
fluffed with whisk or fork before measuring 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Steps:

  • PREHEAT oven to 325ºF and line baking sheets with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray. COMBINE softened Cabot Salted Butter or Cabot Extra Creamy Premium Sea Salted Butter, Cabot Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt or Cabot Plain Greek Yogurt, light brown and granulated sugars and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and baking soda and beat on low speed just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. DROP mixture by level tablespoons onto cookie sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. With wet fingers, slightly flatten cookies. 1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup yogurt chips
1/2 cup diced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; beat.
  • Whisk the flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Add to the butter mixture and beat until just combined. Stir in the yogurt chips and strawberries.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart. 1 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:
