YUMASETTI CASSEROLE
Yumasetti casserole is creamy Amish noodles and ground beef topped with buttered bread crumbs. It's a great one-dish meal!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook noodles according to al-dente package directions.
- Cook and crumble ground beef, onion, and garlic. Drain any excess fat.
- Mix cream soups, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Add noodles, beef, and peas. Stir to mix.
- Pour noodle mixture into a 9 x 13" greased baking dish.
- Toast and crumble bread slices and mix with melted butter. Spread the crumbles over the top of the casserole.
- Bake, covered with foil, for about 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 - 25 minutes. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger with brown sugar, salt (to taste), onion, and garlic.
- Add tomato soup and tomato sauce.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package directions.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine egg noodles with cream of chicken soup and milk.
- In a 9x13 dish, place the hamburger mixture on the bottom, topped with half the cheddar cheese, topped with the noodle mixture, then finally topped with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
