Yummy Dip For Fruit Graham Crackers Etc Recipes
YUMMY DIP (FOR FRUIT, GRAHAM CRACKERS, ETC)
I made this to get spooned on fruit salad after searching on here and not finding one I really loved. This is kind of a mix of several other recipes. Everyone loved it. I didn't measure some ingredients: milk, sugar or lemon juice, so please taste as you go, starting with the lesser amount.

Steps:
- beat cream cheese and mascarpone with milk until fluffy.
- add sugar and continue to beat (taste and add more as needed).
- add yogurt, lemon and almond extract, beat some more until smooth and the consistency you like, add more milk if you need to. it should be fairly thick and fluffy, not too runny.
- serve over fruit salad or as a dip.

- Cut up any type of fruit that you want to serve with this dip, or buy fresh cut up fruit.May also be used to dip cookies, graham crackers,etc.
- Put softened cream cheese into medium mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Add marshmallow creme, a few heaping spoonfuls at a time, & mix each time. Continue to add marshmallow creme ,stirring until smooth & creamy, until all is added. Add a dash or two of vanilla extract. stir well.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover& refrigerate until chilled,at least an hour.
- Gather 'round with fruit or other "dippers" & ENJOY !!!!!
