LEFTOVER PULLED PORK SANDWICH (QUICK AND EASY)
Pulled pork sandwich is my favorite way to use up leftover pulled pork. It's so delicious and incredibly easy to make.

Steps:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add onion, garlic, BBQ sauce and chicken broth. Cook until the onions are soft.
- Add leftover pulled pork to the pan and toss with the sauce. Cook until it's heated through.
- Toasted the buns. Then spoon shredded pork onto one half of the toasted bun.
- Drizzle with BBQ sauce, top with coleslaw and cover with the bun tops. Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- Coat the pork with 1-2 TBSP of the pork dry rub and put the pork roast into the crockpot. Spread the BBQ sauce over the top of the pork roast.
- Cover and cook the pork shoulder roast in the crockpot on low for 8 hours. It should be falling apart and easy to shred.
- Put the pork into a large bowl and add as much liquid from the pot as you prefer to mix with the meat. Shred the pork with two forks or meat claws.
- Serve the pork sandwiches on buns or rolls, top with coleslaw, and more sauce if desired. Enjoy!
