1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 (1 ounce) square semisweet baking chocolate, chopped

Steps:

Grease an 8x8-inch square baking dish with butter.
Place sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and baking chocolate in a microwave-safe dish; cook in microwave on low power until chocolate has melted, about 3 minutes. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour fudge into the prepared baking dish; let stand until set, 3 to 4 hours. Cut into squares to serve.

14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
12 oz chocolate chips - white/milk/dark chocolate
3/4 cup dried cherries - optional

Steps:

Put the condensed milk and chocolate chips into in a medium microwaveable bowl
Microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes
Stir until blended well
Gently stir in dried cherries - or any other mix-in that you would like
Pour the chocolate mixture in a parchment paper/wax paper lined 8 x 8 or 6 x 9 baking pan
Place in refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours until hardened
Cut into bite size pieces
Enjoy!

1 can Sweetened Condensed milk (14 ounces)
2 cups (1 12 ounce bag) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Butter a square pan and line with parchment paper for easy removal of set fudge. Set aside.
In a microwave safe 2 quart bowl, heat chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave. Let sit for 1 minute, then stir to combine. If needed, heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir until chips are completely melted and chocolate is smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract. Pour fudge into prepared pan. Let fudge cool completely before cutting into 1 inch squares. (you can place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to speed up the process.)
Store in an airtight container. Fudge does not need to be kept refrigerated.

1 tablespoon butter
3-1/3 cups sugar
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup butter, cubed
32 large marshmallows, halved
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
14 ounces milk chocolate, chopped
2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

Line a 15x10x1-in. pan with foil; grease foil with 1 tablespoon butter., In a heavy large saucepan, combine sugars, milk and cubed butter. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows and vanilla until blended., Gradually stir in chocolate chips and chopped chocolate until melted. Fold in pecans. Immediately spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. Remove foil; cut fudge into 1-in. squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.

2 (10 ounce) packages vanilla baking chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
1 ½ cups crushed candy canes
1 dash red or green food coloring

Steps:

Line an 8 inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, and grease the foil.
Combine the vanilla chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until almost melted, remove from heat and continue to stir until smooth. When chips are completely melted, stir in the peppermint extract, food coloring, and candy canes.
Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours, then cut into squares.

Mix milk, sugar, salt in 2 quart pan. Heat to boil on low heat!
