5-a-Day Fruit Smoothie is packed full of blueberries, apple, banana, kiwi fruit and lime which are blended with coconut water for a refreshing burst of flavour and nutrients.

60 g Blueberries (frozen)
1 Banana (medium, peeled & sliced)
2 Kiwi fruits (peeled & roughly chopped)
1 Apple (peeled, cored and chopped)
Juice of half a lime
100 mls Coconut water

Steps:

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 small glasses.
