5 cups water, or to taste
3 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ cup granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®), or to taste

Steps:

  • Blend 2 cups water, cucumbers, lime juice, and 2 tablespoons sweetener together in a blender until smooth. Pour into pitcher; add remaining water. Stir in additional sweetener to taste.

2 cups cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine water, cucumbers, sugar, and lime juice until smooth.
  • Pour mixture through a strainer into a pitcher, forcing through most of the pulp.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with or without ice cubes.
  • As a decorative touch, add slices of cucumbers.
