- On the stove, cook your fried egg. Add some salt and pepper to the seasonings.
- Then once the bagel is toasted, add the egg on top of the bagel, then place one slice of cheddar cheese and one slice of deli ham.
- Wrap the sandwich up in aluminum foil, and place it into the air fryer for 3 minutes at 340 degrees F, air fryer setting.

- Spray bottom of air fryer basket with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Place 4 biscuits in air fryer basket, spacing apart.
- Set air fryer to 330°F; cook 6 minutes. Using tongs or spatula, turn over each biscuit. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until biscuits are deep golden brown and cooked through. Remove from air fryer; cover loosely with foil to keep warm while cooking second batch. Cook remaining biscuits as directed above.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat eggs, salt and pepper thoroughly with fork or whisk until well mixed. In 10-inch skillet, heat butter over medium heat just until butter begins to sizzle. Pour egg mixture into skillet. Cook until set, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, split warm biscuits; top bottom half of each with scrambled eggs, bacon and cheese. Cover with top halves of biscuits.

- For the biscuits: Add the flour to a large bowl and stir in the sugar. Use your hands to combine 6 tablespoons of the butter with the flour mixture until the texture is sandy with a few pebbles of butter. Stir in the buttermilk with a wooden spoon until combined, then turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. Press and shape the dough into a 5- to 6-inch round about 1 inch high. Flour a 2-inch biscuit cutter and cut the dough into 10 to 12 biscuits, reshaping when needed. Transfer the biscuits to a plate.
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Pour the melted butter over each biscuit, making sure they are all coated. Add the biscuits to a 6-quart air fryer so they are all touching. Cook at 350 degrees F until the biscuits are crusty and golden brown, about 15 minutes (see Cook's Note).
- For the honey butter: While the biscuits cook, mix the butter, honey and salt in a small bowl. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve the biscuits immediately with the honey butter.

- Cut two 8-inch rounds of cooking parchment paper. Place one round in bottom of air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove from pan; place on paper towel. Carefully wipe skillet with paper towel.
