EASY AIR FRYER HAM
Make a wonderful brown sugar glazed ham with this Ninja Foodi Ham Recipe!

Steps:
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
- Place the ham in the basket, you can use aluminum foil and place it on this to avoid a messy basket if you are using a glaze.
- Once the ham is in the basket, coat with brown sugar and top evenly with parsley and a coat of olive oil cooking spray.
- Cook using the air fryer function at 350*F for 30 minutes.
- If you are using the glaze, prepare the glaze while the ham is in the air fryer and add it in the last 5-10 minutes of cook time. Just carefully coat the ham with it and then finish cooking.

AIR FRYER BROWN SUGAR HAM
This easy ham is perfect for Easter dinner, but why wait for a holiday? The brown sugar glaze--made savory-sweet with apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard and allspice-- takes just a few minutes to mix up. And cooking a spiral cut ham in an air fryer produces a delectable, caramelized exterior. Some would say that the leftovers are the best part!

- Remove the ham from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, cinnamon, chili powder and allspice in a small bowl. Cut two 20-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil, overlap them perpendicularly and place the ham in the middle skin-side up. Pour the sugar mixture over the ham, making sure the ham is fully covered. Cover the ham with the foil and seal it to keep the mixture from leaking.
- Put the ham in a 6-quart air fryer and cook at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes (see Cook's Note); when you open the foil, the ham will be starting to brown and there will be plenty of juices in the foil. Baste the ham thoroughly with the juices. Continue to cook, uncovered, until the slices begin to come apart and the top is a deep brown, another 20 minutes. Baste the ham again with the juices. Continue to cook until the ham is dark and shiny on top but still pink and juicy in the center and an instant-read thermometer registers 140 degrees F, an additional 10 minutes.
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter and pour the juices into a small saucepan. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes. Simmer the juices over medium-low heat until they thicken into a syrup, about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the ham and serve warm or at room temperature.

- Cook ham steak in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Drain and remove ham.
- Heat butter in the same skillet until melted; stir in brown sugar. Return ham to skillet and cook over medium-low heat until heated through and brown sugar is dissolved, turning steak often, about 10 minutes.

- Make the Glaze: Combine the brown sugar glaze ingredients (brown sugar, honey, orange juice, optional mustard, cinnamon, clove (optional), and black pepper). Heat and whisk until brown sugar is dissolved and glaze is well combined. Set aside.
- Remove the netting from the ham. If ham is not pre-sliced, score the ham with shallow 1/2-inch criss-cross cuts.
- Line the air fryer basket with 2 pieces of long, overlapping foil sheets (see step-by step photos on website write up above). Lay the ham on top of the foil and then brush about 1/3 of the glaze over the ham. Close the foil over the ham and wrap tightly.
- Air Fry at 300°F for 20 minutes. Open the air fryer basket, carefully open the foil, and then brush the ham with more glaze (make sure to reserve some glaze for finishing & serving). Close the foil tightly, and Air Fry again at 300° for 20 minutes.
