2 lb Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup precooked bacon
1 tsp garlic parsley salt

Steps:

  • Wash and cup Brussels sprouts into bite size pieces. Season it with olive oil, garlic parsley salt and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Toss everything together.
  • Place Brussels sprouts into an air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 390 °F and cook for 12 minutes. At a 6 minute mark, take out the basket and shake the Brussels sprouts to ensure all sides get crispy.
  • Add bacon to the Brussels sprouts and air fry them for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve Brussels sprouts right away.

These air fryer brussels sprouts with bacon are always a winner! Crispy sprouts, delicious bacon bits, and a balsamic drizzle are incredible!

8 slices bacon
1 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Balsamic glaze

Steps:

  • Add the bacon in a single layer to the air fryer basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the bacon is mostly cooked but still soft.
  • Meanwhile, cut the brussels sprouts in half lengthwise (quarters if they're very large) and place them in a large bowl. Drizzle them with olive oil, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • When the timer is up, remove the bacon and chop it into small pieces. Add the bacon to the bowl with the brussels sprouts and toss.
  • Discard any excess grease from the air fryer, then add the contents of the bowl to the basket. Cook at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5-10 minutes to ensure they are evenly browned.
  • Use a slotted spoon to transfer the brussels and bacon to a serving bowl, then drizzle with the desired amount of balsamic glaze, or serve it on the side.

Air fryer brussel sprouts with bacon is a great and easy recipe that's perfect as a holiday side dish and all year round. These tiny cabbages are keto friendly and low carb making this a recipe that cuts across many diets.

1 lb Brussels sprouts ((washed and trimmed))
6 strips bacon ((cut in 1 inch slices))
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese to serve ((optional))

Steps:

  • Cut Brussels sprouts into equal halves. Transfer to a bowl, add salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix to coat.
  • Transfer seasoning sprouts to air fryer basket, Add the chopped bacon into the basket and toss with a silicon spoon to mix all the ingredients together.
  • Set temperature to 400°F / 200°C and cook for 15 mins tossing every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. It is cooked when sprouts are tender and bacon crispy.
  • Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the Brussels sprouts with bacon in the last minute of cooking time.
