Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375*F for about 5 minutes.
- While this is preheating, add the seasoning and sauce to the ribs and coat well.
- Once coated well, spray the air fryer basket or air crisp basket with the cooking spray of your choice.
- Add the ribs to the air fryer and cook at 375*F for 20 minutes, flipping them after 10 minutes. If using a Ninja Foodi this would be using the air crisp function.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 145*F or your desired doneness.

AIR FRYER MEMPHIS-STYLE BBQ PORK RIBS

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the salt, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, poultry seasoning, mustard powder, and pepper. Add the ribs and toss and rub the seasonings into them with your hands until they're fully coated.
- Arrange the ribs in the air fryer basket standing up on their ends and leaned up against the wall of the basket and each other. Cook at 350°F until the ribs are tender inside and golden brown and crisp on the outside, about 35 minutes. Transfer the ribs to plates and serve hot.

Steps:
- Remove membrane from back of ribs and dry ribs with a paper towel. Cut rack into 4 pieces. Mix olive oil and liquid smoke in a small bowl and rub on both sides of the ribs.
- Combine brown sugar, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder in a bowl. Season both sides of the ribs generously with seasoning mix. Let ribs rest for 30 minutes to enhance the flavor.
- Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place ribs bone-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Flip ribs over (meat-side down) and cook an additional 10 minutes. Remove ribs from air fryer and brush bone-side of ribs with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce. Place basket back in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip ribs over, brush meat-side with remaining 1/2 cup BBQ sauce; cook an additional 5 minutes or until desired char is achieved.

- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
- Brush ribs with 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper. Arrange 1/2 of the ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer until ribs are fork-tender and fully cooked, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Transfer ribs to a baking pan and place in the preheated oven to keep warm while cooking the remaining ribs.
- Meanwhile, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot; cook and stir until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in chili sauce, apricot preserves, soy sauce, ginger, and chipotle pepper. Heat and stir until bubbly, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Transfer ribs to a serving platter. Brush generously with glaze and garnish with chives.
