AIR FRYER CRAB CAKES RECIPE
These crab cakes are very filling and taste like they are full of crab meat! The seasoning offers a light salty and smoky flavor.

Steps:
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir well until evenly combined.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and shape into 3 inch patties.
- Spray the air fryer basket with an oil mister or brush with olive oil.
- Arrange the patties in an even layer in the air fryer basket, making sure to leave room around each patty.
- Air fry at 370 degrees for 6-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of your patties.

AIR FRYER MEATBALLS
After cooking meatballs in the air fryer, I will never bake them in the oven again. The insides stay nice and tender while the outsides get a slight crisp on them. The best part is that you can make them ahead of time and freeze for later use. I have included those directions in the notes. Dip meatballs in marinara, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine beef, pork, Italian seasoning, salt, garlic, egg, Parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix well until evenly combined. Form into 16 equally-sized meatballs using an ice cream scoop and place on a baking sheet.
- Place 1/2 of the meatballs in the basket of the air fryer and cook 8 minutes. Shake the basket and cook 2 minutes more. Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes. Repeat with remaining meatballs.

- Place crabmeat in a mixing bowl, picking any stray shell fragments out. Add crushed crackers, Old Bay Seasoning & parsley to the crab. In a separate bowl, combine egg, mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Whip with a whisk until smooth. Pour egg mixture over the crabmeat and crackers and gently mix careful not to break up large lumps of crabmeat. Mold into golfball sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Drizzle with melted butter and allow to cool, serving with saltine crackers.

- Rub potatoes with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Place potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the preheated air fryer until potatoes are soft, 40 to 50 minutes, depending on potato size.
- Slice potatoes lengthwise. Pinch both sides of each potato, using your hands and forcing potatoes to open up, until the fluffy insides come up. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.

- Combine egg, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, seafood seasoning, and hot pepper sauce in a small mixing bowl. Stir in green onion and set aside.
- Place crab meat in a medium bowl and break up with a fork. Add milk, salt, and pepper; toss to coat. Add crushed saltines and baking powder and toss lightly to combine. Add to the egg mixture, stirring gently and being careful not to break apart the crab lumps.
- Scoop crab with a 1/3-cup measure and form into 8 patties. Place patties on a plate, cover, and refrigerate until firm, 1 to 8 hours.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Spray crab cakes on both sides with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then gently turn the cakes over, and cook until crispy brown, about 5 minutes longer.
