AIR FRYER CRISPY SALMON CAKES (WITH PAN-FRYING INSTRUCTIONS)
These crispy and moist Salmon Cakes get their crunch from Panko. Easy and inexpensive to make, they are a great appetizer or meal prep!

Steps:
- Mix everything together from the Salmon Cake ingredients and form into 10 small patties, about 2″ in diameter.
- Pre-heat Air Fryer for about 3 minutes at 400°
- Spay or brush both sides of Salmon Cakes with oil. Put them into the pre-heated air fryer for 8 minutes, flip, and cook an additional 6 minutes.
- Mix everything together from the Salmon Cake ingredients and form into 10 small patties, about 2″ in diameter.
- Pre-heat a nonstick fry pan to medium high (around 7)
- Spray or brush pan with oil.
- Cook Salmon Cakes for about 4 minutes per side until crisp and brown.

These salmon cakes are popping with flavor and little filler! I don't like canned salmon, so I chose to use salmon packets (found in the tuna aisle).

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer for 10 minutes to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Whisk egg, mayonnaise, parsley, chervil, dill, chives, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, seafood seasoning, and salt together in a bowl. Mix in panko bread crumbs until combined. Gently fold in salmon.
- Shape mixture into 4 cakes. Line the air fryer basket with perforated parchment.
- Air-fry salmon cakes for 8 minutes, flipping at the halfway point. Serve immediately.
