Frittatas are easy to make using a cake pan that fits in the air fryer basket. Switch up the ingredients to suit your taste. If you are worried about the frittata sticking to the cake pan, line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

- Combine sausage, eggs, Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese, bell pepper. onion, and cayenne in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a nonstick 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray.
- Place egg mixture in the prepared cake pan.
- Cook in the air fryer until frittata is set, 18 to 20 minutes.

AIR FRYER FRITTATA
This frittata is ready in less than 20 minutes. Take a little bit of leftover breakfast sausage, a few chopped veggies, some shredded cheese, and some eggs, and create a hot breakfast! Make it a meal with some whole wheat toast and juice, or just wrap it up in a napkin and eat as you run! If there is any left, it reheats well.

Steps:
- Preheat a 5.8-quart or larger air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Spray cooking spray on the bottom and sides of a small metal container, designed to be an inner pot, about 6 inches round and 4 inches high.
- Add butter for flavor, insert inner pot into the air fryer, and melt butter for 45 seconds. Add bell pepper and onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove the inner pot and stir in sausage crumbles. Sprinkle with Colby Jack cheese and set aside.
- Crack eggs into a bowl and stir until yolks and whites are well combined. Season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce; stir to combine. Pour egg mixture over the other ingredients in the inner pot and lightly mix everything together.
- Return inner pot to the basket of the air fryer and cook until the top of the frittata is lightly brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 12 minutes. Continue air frying in 30-second intervals until frittata has set. Serve warm or at room temperature with salsa.

- In a medium bowl, beat eggs with half and half.
- Stir in cheese, spinach, scallions, salt and pepper.
- Spray a 6″ cake pan with cooking spray (very important). Pour mixture into pan.
- Air fry at 350 degrees (F) for 10-14 minutes. A toothpick inserted will come out clean when done.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan and serving.

- Peel and dice your sweet potato into cubes. Slice your zucchini into medium slices and then quarter each slice. Load into a bowl the zucchini and sweet potato with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix with your hands.
- Load the sweet potato and zucchini into the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the air fryer and add the sausages on top and air fry for a further 12 minutes.
- Load the filling items (zucchini and sweet potato) as well as some spring onion we sliced into the silicone dishes.
- In a measuring jug add eggs and beat with a fork and then slowly add in the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Add grated cheese to the silicone and then pour over the egg and cream mixture. Decorate with cherry tomato halves as well as a sprinkle of basil.
- Place the silicone in the air fryer and air fry for 17 minutes at 180c/360f followed by a further 5 minutes at 170c/340f. Check with a cocktail stick in the centre and if it comes out clean then the frittata is cooked.
- Once its cool enough to touch, peel the silicone from the frittata.
- Then slice into quarters and place in the fridge ready for breakfast for the next few days.

- Set your air fryer to cook for 15 minutes at 375 F. Hit start to allow your air fryer to preheat.
- Coat a circular pan that fits in your air fryer with nonstick spray.
- Dice the green pepper, yellow pepper, tomato, and mushrooms.
- Crack all four eggs into a large mixing bowl. Beat with a whisk until the mixture is pale yellow and well-combined.
- Add the diced vegetables and mix lightly.
- Add salt and pepper and mix lightly to make sure all ingredients are incorporated.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan.
- Place pan inside the air fryer.

AIR FRYER SPINACH, PEPPER AND HAVARTI FRITTATA
You may not have thought to make a frittata in your air fryer, but you can! You'll get a gorgeous brown crust with a creamy interior-and clever use of a cake pan makes it a cinch to unmold. We used Havarti for its mild flavor and superior melting qualities, but substitute another good melting cheese such as Cheddar, jack or fontina if you like. Serve the frittata warm or at room temperature.

- Spray an 8-inch round nonstick cake pan with cooking spray. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl with 1 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper. Add the spinach, pepper, scallions, basil and parsley and stir to combine. Fold in the Havarti and Parmesan.
- Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 310 degrees F. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan and place in the basket. Cook until the frittata is slightly puffed, deep golden and a tester inserted in the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
- Let the frittata cool in the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding. To unmold, invert onto a plate, then invert again, browned-side up, onto a serving plate.
