2 tablespoons parsley leaves
3 pounds red potatoes
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Steps:

Clean and cut the potatoes into quarters. In a large bowl, or a large ziplock bag, put the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients and mix / shake well. Place a piece of baking paper in your Air Fryer. Set it to 400°F (200°C) and cook for 18 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are crisp and golden. aluminum foil
1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Cut the top off the head of garlic and place on a square piece of aluminum foil. Bring the foil up and around garlic. Pour olive oil on top and season with salt and pepper. Close ends of foil over garlic, creating a pouch.
Air fry until garlic is soft, 16 to 20 minutes. Open the foil pouch very carefully, as hot steam will escape.
