Steps:
- Remove the fat from the ham with a sharp knife. Score the ham joint with cube like scores.
- Mix in a bowl your honey, garlic and mustard until the honey is slightly sticky and well mixed into the mustard.
- Smother your ham in your marinade, making sure plenty goes into your scored sections.
- Feed your ham onto the rod skewers and place them into your air fryer oven. Cook for 25 minutes at 200c/400f followed by a further 25 minutes at 170c/340f.
- Remove the rod and slice your ham.

Steps:
- Coat the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
- Place the ham in the basket, you can use aluminum foil and place it on this to avoid a messy basket if you are using a glaze.
- Once the ham is in the basket, coat with brown sugar and top evenly with parsley and a coat of olive oil cooking spray.
- Cook using the air fryer function at 350*F for 30 minutes.
- If you are using the glaze, prepare the glaze while the ham is in the air fryer and add it in the last 5-10 minutes of cook time. Just carefully coat the ham with it and then finish cooking.

AIR FRYER BROWN SUGAR HAM
This easy ham is perfect for Easter dinner, but why wait for a holiday? The brown sugar glaze--made savory-sweet with apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard and allspice-- takes just a few minutes to mix up. And cooking a spiral cut ham in an air fryer produces a delectable, caramelized exterior. Some would say that the leftovers are the best part!

- Remove the ham from the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Mix the sugar, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire, cinnamon, chili powder and allspice in a small bowl. Cut two 20-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil, overlap them perpendicularly and place the ham in the middle skin-side up. Pour the sugar mixture over the ham, making sure the ham is fully covered. Cover the ham with the foil and seal it to keep the mixture from leaking.
- Put the ham in a 6-quart air fryer and cook at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes (see Cook's Note); when you open the foil, the ham will be starting to brown and there will be plenty of juices in the foil. Baste the ham thoroughly with the juices. Continue to cook, uncovered, until the slices begin to come apart and the top is a deep brown, another 20 minutes. Baste the ham again with the juices. Continue to cook until the ham is dark and shiny on top but still pink and juicy in the center and an instant-read thermometer registers 140 degrees F, an additional 10 minutes.
- Transfer the ham to a serving platter and pour the juices into a small saucepan. Let the ham rest for 10 minutes. Simmer the juices over medium-low heat until they thicken into a syrup, about 10 minutes. Pour the sauce over the ham and serve warm or at room temperature.
AIR-FRYER HAM AND EGG POCKETS
Steps:
- Preheat air fryer to 300°. In a small bowl, combine egg and milk. In a small skillet, heat butter until hot. Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set. Remove from the heat. Fold in ham and cheese., Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Seal perforations; spoon half the filling down the center of each rectangle. Fold dough over filling; pinch to seal. Place in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.

- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper and set aside.
- Unroll crescent rolls. Spread each roll with 1 teaspoon honey mustard and add 1 folded deli ham slice and 1 slice Cheddar cheese. Roll crescents up, starting with the widest side, tucking and pinching the ends. Set into the prepared air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. You might have to cook them in batches.
- Air-fry until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Pull basket out and carefully flip crescent rolls. Air-fry until golden brown on the other side, 2 to 4 minutes.

- In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add leeks, mushrooms and carrots; cook and stir until tender., Stir in flour until blended. Gradually stir in milk and broth.
