Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (Unbreaded) is the best and easiest way to cook chicken in the air fryer. These unbreaded chicken tenders in the air fryer are perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices and cook in just 10 minutes. Dinner has never been so good!

1 lb Raw Chicken Tenderloins
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F/190°C for 5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels. Then, add them to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Combine the spices in a small bowl and stir until mixed. Sprinkle over the top of the chicken tenders.
  • Toss the chicken tenders with the oil and spice blend until completely covered.
  • Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if need be.
  • Air fry at 380F for 9-10 mins, flipping halfway through, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C.

1 pound chicken tenders
1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
¼ teaspoon ground garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place the chicken tenders on a plate and pat each sides of the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine the oil, paprika, ground garlic, salt, and pepper. Use a basting brush or the edge of a clean paper towel to spread the mixture on both side of the chicken tenders.
  • Transfer the chicken to the basket of your air fryer.
  • Set the temperature to 375°F and bake the chicken for 8 minutes. Use tongs to flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  • When the chicken tenders are done cooking, use clean tongs to transfer the chicken to a serving platter.
  • Let the chicken cool for a few minutes before serving.
