- Start by creating a Bowl in your air fryer basket, with foil.
- Spray your foil with olive oil. So that the chips do not end up sticking to it when you are done. I used the foil, like a serving platter, so it would be best to use it only on the bottom of the foil.
- Spread down your chips and then cover with your cheese, scattering them out a bit.
- Air fry for 4 minutes, at 350 degrees F. Check and see if all of the cheese has melted, the exact time is going to depend on your air fryer. So, check constantly.
- Then add your diced tomato, olives, sour cream, guacamole, diced scallions, etc.
- Plate, serve and enjoy!

- Add one layer of tortilla chips (half of the chips) onto an oven-safe metal pan (I used the bottom part of the cake pan, around 7-8 inches in diameter). Before transferring it to the bottom of the air fryer basket, I like to add two pieces of aluminum foil crisis cross underneath the metal pan. Make sure these are longer strips, enough to pull the pan out of the air fryer later. You can also use just parchment paper instead.
- On top of the tortillas add half of olives, half of green onions, and half of the tomatoes. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese - ½ cup of each. Repeat with all layers.
- Air fry for 3-4 minutes (it's quick!) at 320 F until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer basket and top with cilantro and jalapenos.
- Serve with sour cream and lots of salsa.

QUICK AND EASY AIR FRYER NACHOS
Air-frying nachos is quick, easy, and finger-licking good. This is a basic recipe, so make it your own by using your favorite toppings and cheese, just not so many that the nachos end up soggy.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer at 360 degrees F (182 degrees C) for about 5 minutes. Line the air fryer basket with foil or a parchment liner, and spray with cooking spray.
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 3 minutes; drain grease. Stir in water, taco seasoning, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Remove skillet from heat.
- Set tortilla chips in the basket, spreading them out and overlapping slightly so the melted cheese won't drip through the open gaps. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the chips. Only add a couple of layers of chips with cheese in between in the fryer basket, or just add a single layer and cook in batches.
- Evenly distribute ground beef and black beans over the cheese, sprinkle green onions on top, and add spoonfuls of salsa.
- Transfer the basket into the air fryer and cook until cheese is melted and starting to slightly brown on the edges, 4 to 6 minutes. The nachos will cook evenly and quickly but watch closely so they don't burn.
- Remove nachos to a serving plate, garnish with sour cream, and serve immediately. Put extra toppings in small bowls and let everybody customize their nachos.
