Air Fryer Easy Quiche Recipe -- This recipe is for an easy quiche recipe. I've used an air fryer to make it, and it's been a lifesaver! It saves me time, energy, and money that I would otherwise spend on cooking in the kitchen.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Then fold in the cheese.
- Add in the diced green onions.
- In the quiche pan, add the pie crust.
- Press along the edges and get rid of the excess. This quiche pan works because it's thin.
- Pour the filling in.
- Set the pan into the air fryer, set the temperature to 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 minutes. Mine was not done at 12 minutes, so I added another 5 minutes. The exact time will depend on how big the quiche is, how thick your pan is, and what type of air fryer you own. The more miniature quiches will take a shorter time, so keep on checking.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Air Fryer Quiche is an easy breakfast quiche recipe that's loaded with spinach, eggs, and parmesan cheese. It's baked in your air fryer basket in less time than it takes to make a traditional quiche in the oven!

Steps:
- Add eggs, cheese, sour cream, onion powder, garlic salt and dried parsley in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk eggs together with other ingredients.
- Fold in spinach and stir well.
- Spray oven safe dish or pan that fits in the basket of air fryer with cooking spray.
- Pour egg mixture into an oven safe dish.
- Cover and seal dish with aluminum foil and set cooking temperature to 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Pierce foil with a fork to allow steam to escape. (Eggs cook better at a lower temperature.)
- Check every 5 minutes to ensure it is cooking properly and not over browning. There should be no liquid in the middle when done.
- Let quiche rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.

These would make great appetizers, but I keep them in my freezer and reheat them in the air fryer on busy mornings when there's no time to make breakfast.

- Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 325˚ F. Line the air fryer basket with foil and coat with cooking spray. Arrange the phyllo cups in the basket in an even layer. Divide the chorizo, scallion and cheese among the cups.
- Whisk the eggs with the heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper; pour into the phyllo cups. Cook until the eggs are puffed, 5 to 7 minutes.
