1/2 French Baguette (cut in half sliced into 1/4" thick slices)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 large romaine lettuce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (shredded or shaved)

Steps:

  • Place a skillet over high heat.
  • In a bowl mix shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Add oil to the skillet and cook shrimp on each side for 2 minutes until browned.
  • Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the bread slices in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil with minced garlic and drizzle the mixture over the croutons.
  • Toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the bread in a single layer onto a baking sheet and bake until lightly golden and crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Combine all the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl, stir well, and set aside.
  • Assemble the Salad:
  • Rinse and dry the romaine lettuce, chop it and layer it in a large serving bowl, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese, add the cooled croutons and shrimp and drizzle 1/2 of the dressing on top.
  • Toss gently and if needed add more dressing until the ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately.

Steps:

  • Make sure the shrimp are dry and place them into a bowl.
  • Drizzle on the olive oil and toss to coat.

Grated parmesan cheese - 3 x tablespoons
Garlic clove - x 1
Tinned Anchovies - x 3 fillets
Fresh Lemon juice - ½ lemon
Dijon Mustard - x 1 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 x tablespoon
Black pepper - ½ tablespoon
Mayonnaise - 1 ½ Mayo / 345g
Chicken breast tenderloins - 450g/1 pound
All-purpose flour - 2 cups/130g
Egg x 1
Cajun seasoning 4 x tablespoons
Red chilli Flakes - (optional 1 x teaspoon)
Salt 2 teaspoons
Pepper ½ tablespoon
Vegetable oil Spray bottle
Romaine or cos lettuce - chopped
Extra Parmesan cheese for topping

Steps:

  • Add the chicken tenders to a bowl then mix with 2 x tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning and 1 x tablespoon of salt.
  • Then prepare another two bowls, 1 with the egg whisked and another with the combined flour, remaining 2 x tablespoons of Cajun seasoning, ½ black pepper and 1 x tablespoon of salt.
  • Dip the seasoned chicken into the egg mixture, then place into the seasoned flour and shake off the excess before placing into the air fryer basket. You might need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Spray the chicken tenders with a generous amount of oil whilst in the basket Air Fry for 10 - 12 minutes at 180◦C / 350◦F, flip over at 6 minutes and spray again with oil as there will be some flour patches on the chicken. Once cooked remove from the basket and set aside.
  • Whilst the chicken is cooking add the dressing ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth. You may need to stop midway to scrape down the sides with a specular to ensure all the ingredients are blended into a smooth sauce.
  • Assemble the salad by mixing some of the Caesar dressing with the chopped lettuce in a large bowl. Add croutons and sliced pieces of the air fried crispy Cajun chicken tenders! You can add extra shavings of parmesans cheese to the salad.

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, diced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced cilantro or parsley, to garnish (optional)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, add shrimp and coat in olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and garlic.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-3 hours. (Optional, for more lemon flavor.)
  • Toss parmesan cheese into bowl with shrimp, creating a "breading" for the shrimp.
  • Preheat air fryer.
  • Set air fryer to 350 for 10 minutes, add shrimp to basket, and cook.
  • Shrimp is done when it is opaque white and pink.

Nothing makes crispy shrimp easier than the air fryer!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 bags of frozen shrimp (my favorite come from Trader Joe's) defrosted overnight in the fridge
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
about a cup or so of your favorite breadcrumbs (we use g-free!)
your favorite salad toppings, we like a spring mix, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese or feta and crumbled bacon if we have any on hand with Trader Joe's Creamy Feta dressing!

Steps:

  • Spray the basket of your air fryer.
  • Place all of your defrosted shrimp in one big mixing bowl and drizzle a bit of EVOO on top. Toss the shrimp to make sure they're all a little coated with EVOO.
  • Next, sprinkle over your breadcrumbs lightly toss.
  • Pour all of your shrimp into your air fryer basket.
  • Close the air fryer drawer, set the temp to 325 degrees and the timer to 16 minutes.
  • When the timer goes off, your shrimp is ready to go!
  • Serve it any way you like (we love it piled on a salad!).

1 cup grape tomatoes (diced)
3/4 cup caesar dressing

Steps:

  • Heat a medium sized non-stick skillet to medium heat. Add cooking spray of choice. Toss in raw shrimp, and add a bit of salt and pepper for seasoning. Cook in skillet 4-5 minutes, until shrimp are pink.

1/3 English cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 avocado, sliced

2 tbsp Trader Joe's vegan caesar dressing, or to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 (15.5) oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp paprika

Steps:

  • First make the air fried chickpeas by combining all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add to air fryer basket and cook at 380 degrees F for 12-14 minutes, or until crispy enough to your liking. Tossing half way through.
  • Pat dry your shrimp and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.
