AIR-FRYER TACO PUFFS
I like to make these puffs ahead of time and keep the in the refrigerator until I'm ready to pop them in the air fryer. A helpful hint: Plain refrigerated biscuits seal together better than buttermilk types. -Jan Schmid, Hibbing, Minnesota

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package directions. Cool slightly. , Preheat air fryer to 350°. Flatten half the biscuits into 4-in. circles. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture onto each circle; sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese. Flatten remaining biscuits; place over filling and pinch edges to seal tightly. , In batches, place puffs in a single layer in greased air fryer. Cook until golden brown and puffed, 10-15 minutes.

- In a large shallow dish, combine taco seasoning, tomato juice and oil; mix well. Remove 1/2 cup for basting; refrigerate. Add beef to shallow dish and turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 5 hours., Preheat air fryer to 400° for 10 minutes. Drain and discard marinade from beef. On 6 metal or soaked wooden skewers that fit in air fryer, alternately thread beef, peppers, onion and tomatoes. In batches, place skewers in a single layer in greased air fryer. Cook, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade, until meat reaches desired doneness, 8-10 minutes. Serve with salsa con queso or sour cream if desired.

Air frying perfectly crisps frozen chicken and mini waffles. Cook in batches if necessary-keep finished popcorn chicken and waffles warm in a 200 degrees F (93 degrees C) oven while you work. Drizzle or serve with maple syrup for dipping.

- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F (93 degrees C). Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Arrange popcorn chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook chicken for 7 minutes, then flip and cook until lightly browned and crispy, 2 to 3 minutes more. Transfer chicken pieces to a baking sheet; keep warm in the preheated oven.
- Meanwhile, arrange half the waffles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 90 seconds; flip and continue to cook until light brown in spots and crispy, about 20 seconds more. Transfer to baking sheet. Repeat with remaining waffles.
- Thread 2 waffles and 2 pieces of chicken onto each of 8 skewers. Thread berries onto remaining 12 skewers.

Nachos in the air fryer are an awesome, quick, and easy snack, that's totally customizable. The sky's the limit on your ingredient choices, so feel free to make substitutions to suit your tastes. - Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 3 minutes. Line air fryer basket with foil or a parchment liner, and spray with cooking spray.
- Spread out chips in the fryer basket in a single layer, slightly overlapping chips, so the cheese doesn't melt through. Lightly dust chips with taco seasoning to get a pop of taco flavor, and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Don't overcrowd the basket.
- Top cheese with olives and tomatoes and place basket in the air fryer.
- Air-fry until cheese is melted and chips are starting to slightly brown on the edges, 5 to 6 minutes. Watch closely to be sure the cheese doesn't burn. If necessary, add additional time until you reach your preferred crispness.
- Move nachos to a plate, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve immediately.
