Ground beef tacos are a quick and easy dinner that your whole family will love! Fill a taco with this tender and juicy beef that will become the best weeknight dinner.

Steps:
- In a medium sized skillet over medium high heat add the ground beef and cook and crumble until brown. Add ingredients for homemade taco seasoning, tomato paste and water. Stir until combined. Let it simmer until it starts to thicken, about 5 minutes.
- Divide evenly into taco shells and top with desired toppings

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 or 425 (for the taco shells).
- Brown meat.
- Add can of refried beans (we think THIS is the secret ingredient).
- Add taco seasoning.
- Add garlic, salt and pepper and heat until beans are heated all the way through, remove from heat.
- Brown taco shells.
- Prepare tacos with whatever you like.

- Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and water. break up beef (I used a potato masher). Add spices and mash a little more. Add the potato, bell pepper and onion. Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes. Add tomato and cook another 10 minutes or so.
