TANGY TORTILLA CHIPS RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: corn tortillas, olive oil, McCormick® Tangy Spice Blend, kosher salt

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350˚F (180°C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Lightly brush the tortillas all over with olive oil. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of tangy spice blend evenly over each tortilla and season lightly with salt. Flip and repeat on the other sides.
- Stack 4 tortillas on top of one another and cut into 6 equal triangles. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Spread the tortilla triangles in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake the tortillas for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool. The chips will continue to crisp as they cool.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tortillas on a rimmed baking sheet and lightly brush with oil; season with salt. Transfer baking sheet to oven and bake, turning once, until crisp and golden, about 15 minutes.
ANIMAL CHIPS COOKIES RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, baking soda, chocolate chips, dark chocolate, warm milk

Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugars, salt, and butter until a forms into a paste-like mixture.
- Whisk in the egg and vanilla, until no lumps remain.
- Sift in the flour and baking soda, then mix using a spatula.
- Add the chocolate chip into the batter, then chill the dough for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- After chilling the dough, put some flour on the table, put the dough on it and mix it with your hands until you're able to shape the cookies.
- Shape the dough into a flat disc, cut out animal shapes, and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Leave about 1 inch of space between each cookie and leave some space from the edges of the pan so that the cookies can spread evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges have started to turn brown. Cool the cookies on a wire rack before decorating it with the chocolate icing.
- Icing:Melt the dark chocolate for 30 seconds using a microwave (or any heating device).
- Add the warm milk or heavy cream to the melted dark chocolate. If the chocolate starts to harden, microwave it to let it melt.
- Add the chocolate icing to a piping bag.
- Decorate the cookies as how you like.
- Tip: Keep the cookies in an airtight container for a day to make them chewy.

- Use animal-shaped cookie cutters (or other shapes of your choice) to cut shapes from the tortillas.
- PREHEAT oven to 350º.
- Arrange the animals on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Lightly coat them with cooking spray and if you want, sprinkle with cinnamon or other salt free seasoning of your choice.
- Bake for approximately 7 minutes or until crispy and slightly browned.
- Suggestion: Take your chips for a dip in salsa or guacamole.

- Position the oven racks in the center and bottom third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray the bottom of 2 rimmed baking sheets with vegetable oil cooking spray, or use nonstick baking sheets.
- In small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar. Using a pastry brush, brush the tortillas generously, on one side only, with the jelly.
- Using a 2 1/2" heart-shaped cooking cutter, round cookie cutter, or any other fun cookie cutter about the same size, cut the tortillas into shapes.
- Sprinkle the brushed side generously with sugar and arrange on the baking sheets without crowding. (Bake the tortilla chips in batches if they all won't fit.) Bake until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown, about 12 minutes, switching the position of the baking sheets halfway through the baking time.
- Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Arrange in a basket or serving bowl and serve immediately.
