Dressing used on their Salad and Coleslaw. I found it on a recipe copycat site, it's close, but not exact.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces of drained crushed pineapple
1 tablespoon low-fat milk
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seed

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple, milk, sugar and poppy seeds in a bowl. I usually let it sit overnight to completely combine.
  • Mix well. Use to mix with shredded cabbage, fruit salad or other salads.

I'd love the recipe.Harlene BeersYucaipaDear Harlene: According to Anthony's co-owner Beverly Mascari, this is the original version of the recipe created by her mother, Adel Weber. It was adapted to the large scale used at the restaurant. You request only the dressing, but if you add it to slaw, use about 1 head cabbage (shredded) and toss until cabbage is well coated.
