1 large onion, sliced
1 macintosh apple, sliced thin
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 (10 ounce) can pizza crusts
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/4 cup feta cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
6 asparagus spears, chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 375.
  • heat one teaspoon oil in a large skillet.
  • add onion and cook til caramilized, stirring occasionally.
  • unroll pizza dough and place on a cookie sheet.
  • press dough to cover pan.
  • brush with oil and then sprinkle with spices.
  • Layer with onion, cheeses, zucchini, apple and asaparagus.
  • bake for 25 minutes until crust is golden brown.

Set the bowl in a warm place (about 85 degrees F, or 35 degrees C) for 5 minutes. Turn dough onto floured board, divide the dough into 8 small sections. Knead the dough and shape it into rounds.
  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Add the dough and fry until the dough is lightly browned, flipping once to brown on both sides. Once cooked, place the circles on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle the feta, red onion, and thyme on top of the circles.
  • Bake the pizzas until the feta begins to brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
