In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and pie spice until blended; fold in marshmallow creme. Serve with apple wedges.

This was a childhood memory that I was craving, so I called my nanny and she gave the recipe to me. The second I tasted it, I was flushed with happy thoughts. It tastes like caramel! Enjoy with slices of apples for a healthy snack! Be creative: You can add peanut butter, nuts or chocolate sauce, or try using strawberry flavored cream cheese. Have fun and enjoy!

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) bag mini chocolate chips
1 (8 oz) bag toffee pieces
1 (20 oz) bottle caramel ice cream topping

Steps:

Cream together the cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. In a casserole dish, spread the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan. Completely cover the cream cheese mixture with chocolate chips and chocolate toffee bits. Drizzle liberally with the caramel sauce. Chill or serve immediately with apple slices. Enjoy!

Steps:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.

1 (8 ounce) package crescent roll dough
1 apple, cored, peeled and chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon sugar
1 pinch kosher salt
1/4 cup caramel sauce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375°. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
Roll out crescent rolls onto parchment. Pinch seams to make one single sheet. Prick all over with a fork. Top with a single layer of brown sugar, doing your best to cover all over.
Top with apples distributing evenly, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top. Drizzle caramel on top.
Bake until golden, 22 to 25 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing into pieces and serving.
