Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°. Toss apples, cranberries, orange peel and granulated sugar in large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl until crumbly. Press 1 cup of the oat mixture in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Spread apple mixture over top. Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and apple mixture is bubbly around edges. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm.

Original recipe is a twist on my Mom's version. Fast and easy dessert, great for fall season when apples are freshest and the cranberries come in. I have made it without the apples or using frozen cranberries. I enjoy it as a dessert and as a breakfast treat around the Thanks-Mas season. Loaded with antioxidants! I have also made a wheat-free version using nut flour. Serve plain or topped with ice cream, whipped cream, or a drizzle of heavy cream.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x9-inch glass baking pan.
- Mix cranberries, apples, raisins, and walnuts gently in the baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon.
- Combine remaining sugar with flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and butter in a medium bowl. Mix until crumbly. Spread topping over the apple mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until topping is golden and inside is bubbling, about 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

- In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; set aside. Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface; lightly brush with butter (keep remaining phyllo dough covered with plastic wrap and a damp towel to keep from drying out). Fold dough in half widthwise, making a 9-in. x 7-in. rectangle; lightly brush with butter. Cut dough in half lengthwise, making two 9-in. x 3-1/2-in. strips. , Place 1 heaping tablespoon of apple mixture on the lower corner of each strip. Fold dough over filling, forming a triangle. Continue folding, like a flag, to the end of the strip. Lightly brush with butter, making sure all edges are sealed. Repeat with remaining phyllo dough and filling to make six more turnovers. , Place turnovers on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Lightly dust with confectioners' sugar.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a shallow 3-quart casserole.
- Cut or tear bread into bite-size pieces. Lay bread pieces in a single layer on 1 or 2 baking sheets. Bake until slightly dry and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
- Peel, core, and coarsely chop the apple. Coarsely chop the onion, celery, and apricots. Chop the parsley.
- Melt the 6 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the apple, onion, celery, apricots, cranberries, thyme, salt, and fennel seeds; cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the broth and parsley and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- Beat the egg in a large bowl. Add the toasted bread and the onion and fruit mixture; toss until evenly moistened. Loosely pack the dressing into the prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, until the top is crusty, about 40 minutes. Drizzle the pan drippings or melted butter over the top. Cook until the top is crisp and golden, about 20 minutes more.

- Preheat oven to 350*F Combine apples and cranberry sauce. Mix well. If cranberry sauce is runny, add 2 Tablespoons Flour and mix well. Place sliced apples in a 8x8 casserole dish. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup flour, oats, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add melted butter and mix well. Crumble oat mixture on top of apples. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until apples are cooked through and tender to a toothpick. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes then serve.

- Grate peel of orange; reserve. Peel oranges and discard white membranes. Separate oranges into sections and place half in a food processor or blender. - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add apples through cinnamon; cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes.
- Add apricot preserves and dried cranberries with 1/4 cup water.
- Cook, stirring, about 4-5 minutes until apples are tender; remove from heat and let cool (sauce should thicken).
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 rounds and use a rolling pin to roll each out to a 6-inch circle.
- Mound about 1/3-1/2 cup apple mixture in center of each circle of dough and wrap the dough around the filling, pressing together the seams to enclose.
- Place wraps on greased baking sheets, seam side down; sprinkle tops with 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Bake at 375º approximately 15 minutes until golden brown.
