In a cocktail shaker , pour the rum, lime juice, and grenadine, then fill with ice.
Shake well .
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass . Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients

¼ can of BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Mix (thawed)
½ cup of BACARDI® Gold
3 sprigs of thyme
¼ cucumber, sliced

Steps:

1. Thaw BACARDI® Mixers Margarita Mix for 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Muddle the thyme leaves and cucumber slices in a large shaker.
3. Add BACARDI® Margarita Mix and BACARDI® Gold.
4. Shake for 15 to 20 seconds.
5. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass.
6. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and cucumber twist.
Serves two to three people.

1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
3 egg whites
1 (10 fluid ounce) can frozen margarita mix (such as Bacardi®), thawed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon grated lime peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lime juice
5 cups confectioners' sugar

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, egg whites, frozen margarita mix, vegetable oil, lime zest, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center shows moist crumbs, 30 to 35 minutes. Cake will be very moist. Cool in the pan.
To make frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy, and stir in the lemon peel and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Beat in the confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl thoroughly with a spatula after each addition. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.

Chicken breasts are served with a tangy lime sauce. This is easy to make and delicious to eat.

Ingredients

6 breast half, bone and skin removed (blank)s boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10 fluid ounce) can BACARDI® Mixers frozen Margarita mix, thawed
3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 cube (blank)s chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup cold water
1 pinch Salt and pepper

Steps:

Place chicken breasts in shallow dish and pour thawed Margarita mix over chicken. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning chicken once. Remove chicken, reserving marinade.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet until bubbly. Brown chicken breasts two minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir chicken bouillon cubes into reserved marinade, then pour over chicken in skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm.
Bring marinade to a boil and stir in remaining tbsp of butter. Dissolve cornstarch in water, then add to skillet. Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils for 1 minute. Serve over chicken.
