Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Add the water, barbecue sauce, mustard, onion and pepper., Bring to a boil; stir in the rice. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pickles and bacon.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with garlic and onion powder until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Spread beef onto the bottom of a 9x13-inch casserole pan. Stir in bacon pieces.
- Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until well combined. Stir in 8 ounces Cheddar cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the beef and bacon. Top with the remaining 4 ounces cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 30 to 35 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Reserve grease in the pan; place sausage into the prepared dish.
- Cook and stir cauliflower rice in the bacon grease over medium heat, actively stirring, until most of the moisture has been removed, 3 to 4 minutes. Place cauliflower in the casserole dish; mix in bell pepper and onion.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl with milk, 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over ingredients in the casserole dish; do not mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top and continue to bake until melted, 3 to 4 minutes.

- 1.Preheat Oven to 400 F, and grease or oil a 2.5 quart casserole dish. 2.In a food processor or blender, grind cauliflower florets into a rice texture.Set aside. 3.In a large skillet pan over medium high combine and brown: 1 lb ground beef, ý tsp garlic powder, ý tsp paprika, ý tsp sea salt, ü tsp celery seed, and ü tsp black pepper. Stir and cook until browned (do not drain beef). 4.Add 8 ounces tomato sauce and 3 cups cauliflower rice to the ground beef skillet. Stir and continue cooking over medium to medium high heat for 6 minutes. Remove from heat. 5.Carefully spoon or dump all ingredients from the skillet into the casserole dish. Spread around casserole dish evenly. 6.Sprinkle the top of the casserole with bacon crumbles and optional cheese. Place sliced tomatoes on top, and bake for 20 mins. Remove from oven and serve.

- preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- cook bacon in skillet until crispy, and blot on paper towels and crumble.
- cook onion and ground beef in bacon fat and drain.
- add rice, tomatoes, water, tomato sauce, mustard, and A1.
- bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- add cheese, stir until melted, and put in baking dish, top with bacon.
- bake in oven 30 minutes until bubbly.
