- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Cut each avocado in half; remove pit and peel. Cut each half into thirds. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each avocado wedge. Working in batches if needed, place wedges in a single layer in fryer basket and cook until bacon is cooked through, 10-15 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice and zest. Serve wedges with sauce.

- Preheat grill to medium heat. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and stuff each with 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Close avocado halves back together.
- In a bowl, season ground beef and mix in onions and jalapeños. Split the mixture into fourths, and flatten over the avocados.
- Wrap 3 pieces of bacon around each burger bomb.
- Grill for about 25-30 minutes until meat is cooked to desired doneness.
- Cut the burger in half to serve. Enjoy with your favorite toppings and condiments!

Steps:
- Cut your avocados in half, remove the stone and use a spoon to remove the skin.
- Cut your cheese to be the same size as the avocado stone and place it in the hole left by the removed stone.
- Close avocado by placing the second half on top.
- Then wrap in half of the ground beef smoothing over with your hands.
- Wrap each avocado in slices of bacon.
- Place in a medium-hot grill for 30-40 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Brush with BBQ sauce and grill for a further 10 minutes.
