4 slices bacon
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 buttery round crackers, crushed

Steps:

Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in Swiss cheese, onions, and bacon. Place bowl in microwave, and cook 2 minutes. Remove, and stir well. Return to microwave, and cook 2 to 4 minutes more. Sprinkle crushed crackers on top. Serve warm with crackers.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
5 green onions, thinly sliced
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 jar (16 ounces) taco sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Tortilla or nacho tortilla chips

Steps:

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 13x9-in. dish or on a 12-in. plate. Combine onions, tomatoes and green pepper; sprinkle over the cream cheese layer. , Pour taco sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon. Serve with chips.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
4 ounces double-smoked slab bacon, diced small
1 large onion, diced small
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
2 large carrots, cut on a sharp bias to form chips, for serving, optional
Pita chips, for serving, optional

Steps:

Place the olive oil and bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until the bacon is golden brown and crispy, about 8 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove the bacon to a paper-towel-lined plate. Add the onions and salt to the pan and cook slowly in the bacon fat, stirring often, until deeply caramelized, about 15 minutes. Add the onions to the bowl with the bacon and let cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in the yogurt and chives. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors mingle. Serve with the carrot "chips" or pita chips.

chill for an hour at least.

Toasted bagels, cut into fourths or whole wheat crackers, if desired
Green onion flower, if desired

Steps:

In medium bowl using electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sour cream on medium speed until smooth and fluffy. By hand, stir in remaining ingredients except bagels and onion flower. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Place dip in serving bowl. Serve with bagels. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dip.
