- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut chicken breasts into 1 1/2-inch sized pieces. In a medium bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, salt, thyme and basil. Mix well. Put melted butter in a bowl or dish for dipping.
- Dip chicken pieces into the melted butter first, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the well-coated chicken pieces on a lightly greased cookie sheet in a single layer, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trim chicken breast of any fat. Cut into 1-inch, nugget sized pieces. In a small bowl mix together the bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, and Italian seasonings. In another small bowl, pour in the buffalo hot sauce and melted butter. Whisk to combine. Dip the chicken pieces into the hot sauce/butter and then roll them around in the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure they are good and coated. Places the coated chicken nuggets onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the nuggets are browned and cooked through.

- Pour 1/3 cup wing sauce into a shallow dish. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat. Let stand 15 minutes or refrigerate, covered, up , to 24 hours. , Preheat oven to 400°. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, tarragon and pepper. Place bread crumbs and remaining wing sauce in separate shallow bowls. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat all sides; shake off excess. Dip in wing sauce, then in bread crumbs, patting to help coating adhere., Place chicken on a rack in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. - Heat oven to 425°F. In 1-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag, place cereal; crush with rolling pin. Add Bisquick® mix, paprika, seasoned salt and red pepper; mix well.
- In small bowl, stir together oil and pepper sauce. Coat chicken pieces with oil mixture.
- Shake about 6 chicken pieces at a time in bag of cereal mixture until coated. Shake off any extra mixture. On ungreased cookie sheet, place chicken pieces in single layer.
- Bake about 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir together sour cream and dressing. Serve sauce with chicken.

- Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish, stirring with a whisk.
- Place egg whites in a shallow dish.
- Place Panko in a shallow dish.
- Working with 1 chicken strip at a time, dredge in flour mixture. Dip in egg whites; dredge in panko. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat procedure with remaining chicken strips, flour mixture, egg whites, and panko.
