TURKEY IN CREAM SAUCE

Steps:
- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the wine, onion, garlic and bay leaves. Combine rosemary and pepper; rub over turkey. Place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until turkey is tender., Remove turkey to a serving platter; keep warm. Strain and skim fat from cooking juices; transfer to a small saucepan. Bring liquid to a boil. Combine the cornstarch, cream and salt until smooth. Gradually stir into the pan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve with turkey.

EASY CHILI CORNBREAD BAKE
Chili and cornbread go so well together, why not bake them in the same pan! I've been making this for years and my kids love it. I use ground turkey, but ground beef could be substituted if preferred. You can make this in individual 12- to 16-ounce casseroles if you prefer. Serve with tortilla chips and top with sour cream if desired.

- Cook turkey, celery, and onion in a skillet over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, 5 to 7 minutes. Add chili powder, black pepper, cumin, and red pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, chili beans, and cannellini beans. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine cornbread mixes, milk, and egg in a bowl and mix well. Spoon batter into the prepared baking pan. Spoon turkey mixture over batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until edges of cornbread are nicely browned and center appears to be set, about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Return to the hot oven and bake until cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes more.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cornmeal and milk until soft dough forms. Drop dough into 4 mounds on cookie sheet. Pat each mound into 5-inch round, using fingers coated in Bisquick mix; pinch edges to form 1/4-inch rim. Prick bottoms with fork.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Place on individual serving plates.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Cook uncovered about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and bubbly. Spoon turkey mixture onto baked rounds. Top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream and taco sauce.

- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Add turkey and cheddar cheese. In a large bowl, combine soups and milk. In three greased 13x9-in. baking dishes, layer each with 1 cup turkey mixture and 1 cup soup mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. , Cover and freeze two casseroles for up to 3 months. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

- In large bowl, mix dry ingredients for corn bread.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together buttermilk, honey, egg, butter and 1/2 cup cheese.
- Add buttermilk mixture to dry ingredients; mix well.
- Spread half the batter in a buttered 8"x8" baking dish.
- Top with mushrooms and remaining cheese, then cover with remaining corn bread batter.
- Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown).
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter, and blend in flour.
- Add milk, stirring constantly over medium-high heat, until mixture thickens and boils.
- In a seperate bowl, blend 3/4 cup sauce into egg yolks.
- Return mixture to sauce.
- Stir in chunks of cooked chicken or turkey; warm until heated throughout.
- Cut corn bread into squares, and top with cream sauce.
