- In a blender, combine vanilla yogurt, sliced banana, vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
- In tall glasses, arrange half of crushed cookies; add half of the banana mixture, then add with remaining crushed cookies and remaining banana mixture. Top with whipped cream and sift lightly with cocoa powder. Enjoy!

- Combine cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and brown sugar in heavy medium saucepan. Scrape in seeds from vanilla bean; add bean. Simmer until liquid is reduced to 1 1/3 cups, stirring often, about 15 minutes. Pour liquid into bowl; chill until cold, at least 3 hours and up to 1 day.
- Using electric mixer, beat crème fraîche and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl until thickened and fluffy (mixture will thin out at first but then will thicken). Discard vanilla bean and whisk vanilla cream until smooth. Divide vanilla cream among 6 glasses; top each with 5 banana slices. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crumbled cookies over each. Divide whipped crème fraîche among glasses. Top with remaining banana slices. (Can be prepared 45 minutes ahead. Cover and chill.) Place 1 whole shortbread cookie in each glass and serve.

- Slice 2 of the bananas and arrange in bottom of baked and cooled pastry shell.
- Pour cold milk into a medium bowl. Add pudding mix and whisk until thoroughly combined. Fold in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping. Pour into pastry shell.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and slices of the remaining banana.

- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, flour, and salt. Add milk in gradually while stirring gently. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbly. Keep stirring and cook for about 2 more minutes, and then remove from the burner.
- Stir a small quantity of the hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks, and immediately add egg yolk mixture to the rest of the hot mixture. Cook for 2 more minutes; remember to keep stirring. Remove the mixture from the stove, and add butter and vanilla. Stir until the whole thing has a smooth consistency.
- Slice bananas into the cooled baked pastry shell. Top with pudding mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 12 to 15 minutes. Chill for an hour.

- Pour milk into medium bowl and add pudding mix granules. Whisk for 2 minutes then gently stir in 1/2 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon 3 heaped tablespoons of the pudding mixture into each of 6 dessert dishes and then top each with 1 tablespoon of the chopped cookies and 3 banana slices. Repeat layers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Top with remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping immediately before serving and store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

- Crush graham crackers in a baggie with rolling pin until course crumbs. Set aside.
- Using a whisk, whisk cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add pudding mix, milk and vanilla; whisking until smooth.
- Fold in 2 ounces of whipped topping. Reserve 2 ounces cool whip to top parfaits.
- To make two parfaits. The layering really doesn't matter - do whatever you think looks the best! Here's how I do the layers for my DH and I: layer each parfait with graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 banana, 1/4 pudding mixture, 1/2 ounce whipped topping, 1/4 banana, 1/4 pudding mixture, 1/2 ounce whipped topping and lastly remaining graham cracker crumbs.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Can be eaten immediately or set in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to allow crumbs to soften (not too long or they'll turn to mush). Enjoy!

- Bring almond milk and cream to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Meanwhile, whisk sugar, cornstarch, flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the egg yolk to the sugar mixture and whisk until smooth but very thick. While whisking constantly, gradually add the warm almond milk mixture to yolk mixture. Once the 2 mixtures are fully combined, return everything back to the saucepan and cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until thick, about 2–3 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla and stir until the butter has melted.
- Using an electric mixer or whisk, beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until medium-stiff peaks form. Cover and chill. ** If you’re in a pinch for time, grab a tub of Cool Whip. It makes for the most gorgeous dollop EVER! **
- Arrange 8 small glasses on a clean surface. Layer in the pudding, whipped cream, sliced bananas and crumbled wafer mixture. Serve with a dollop extra whipped cream.

- Chop or break 2 bananas into pieces. Puree the bananas in a small food processor or blender. Transfer the pureed bananas to a medium saucepan. Add the coconut milk and tapioca starch, and whisk together until no clumps remain. Stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, or sweetener, if desired.
- Cook over medium heat until a gentle boil, stirring frequently, then lower the heat and simmer until the mixture thickens to a pudding, stirring frequently. Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Prepare the “cookie” crumble: In a medium skillet, combine the coconut oil, shredded coconut, and tiger nut flour and mix well. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until the mixture turns golden brown, stirring frequently. Sweeten with coconut sugar or maple syrup, if desired.
