Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick™ Complete pancake & waffle mix
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup mashed banana
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, cinnamon, banana, 1/3 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Fold in walnuts. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix glaze ingredients with whisk until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over doughnuts. Serve warm.

cooking spray
¾ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 ripe bananas, mashed
⅓ cup low-fat Greek banana yogurt
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 12-cavity doughnut pan with cooking spray.
Combine sugar and eggs in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add bananas, yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until incorporated. Add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined. Transfer batter to a resealable plastic bag.
Snip off one corner of the bag and pipe batter into the prepared doughnut pan.
Bake doughnuts in the preheated oven until slightly browned on the bottoms, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 large egg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
for the cream cheese glaze
3 tablespoons low-fat cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
2 tablespoons finely chopped walnuts, toasted if desired

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a doughnut pan with cooking spray.
Combine bananas, egg, applesauce and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine flours, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture.
Spoon 1/3 cup batter into each cup of doughnut pan. Bake 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
Prepare cream cheese glaze in a shallow bowl: Mix together cream cheese and sugar; stir in milk.
