2 LBS Boneless Skinless Chicken Things
1 Carrot, 1 Potato, 1 Butternut Squash [you may want to choose small veggies if you are only cooking for one cat]
1 Can Sardines [Whole]
Olive Oil
Fresh Herbs [Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Etc]

Steps:

First, you will need to peel and chop up your veggies and toss them on a cookie sheet drizzled with olive oil, bake in the oven at 350 degrees for roughly half an hour, or until they are soft enough to mash up with a fork.
Meanwhile, heat a frying pan on the stove with a few TSP of olive oil. Slice your chicken in to strips and saute like you would for yourself.
Finally, mix cooked chicken, baked veggies, and herbs in a bowl and serve!

3 cups rice, cooked. Cooked oatmeal can be substituted
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped bite-size
1/2 cup chopped vegetables, cooked and pureed
1 tablespoon fish, oil. salmon oil can be substituted
1 teaspoon vitamin E, oil

Steps:

Place chicken livers in a large pot. Cover with water.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until livers are cooked through.
Drain, rinse and cool completely. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Return to pot. Add prepared rice or oatmeal, eggs, vegetables, salmon or fish oil and Vitamin E oil.
Stir well to combine.
Divide into serving-size portions. This should stay good in the refrigerator for 3 days. Freeze any portion that will not be used within that time.

1 broiler/fryer chicken (3-1/2 to 4 pounds), cut up
1/4 to 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons canola oil
2-1/3 cups water
1-1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Minced fresh parsley

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Dredge chicken in flour. In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on all sides over medium heat. , In a large bowl, combine the water, rice, milk, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with chicken. , Cover and bake until chicken juices run clear, 50-55 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

1/2 cup alfalfa sprout, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped carrot, cooked and mashed
1 cup cottage cheese

Steps:

In a large skilled crumble ground beef. Cook over medium heat just until cooked through but not browned.
Remove from heat. Drain and rinse under hot water to remove excess fat.
Cool completely.
Return to pan. Add the cooked brown rice, chopped alfalfa sprouts, carrots and cottage cheese.
Package into individual meals. This recipe should remain good for three days in the refrigerator. Freeze any portions meals that won't be used before then.
