4 boneless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon
1 bottle KC Masterpiece® Sweet Honey and Molasses Barbecue Sauce®
2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 lemon juice
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon.
  • In the slow cooker, combine the KC Masterpiece® sauce, onion, brown sugar, lemon and pepper.
  • Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in the pot.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
  • Serve immediately.

What is more welcoming than a hot dinner that's ready when you are? This saucy chicken dish couldn't be easier to put together. Just mix, pop in your slow cooker, and turn it on. The chicken is fall-off-the-bone tender and there is plenty of sauce to coat a side of egg noodles.

12 (3 lb/ 1.36 kg) skinless bone-in chicken thigh
1 can CAMPBELL'S® Condensed Cream of Bacon Soup
1/4 cup 60 mL BBQ sauce
2 tbsp 30 mL Dijon mustard
2 tsp 10 mL onion powder
1 tbsp 15 mL chopped fresh parsley (optional)
8 cups 2 L curly egg noodles

Steps:

  • Arrange chicken in slow cooker.
  • Stir together soup, BBQ sauce, mustard and onion powder. Pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours. Sprinkle with parsley (optional.)
  • Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Serve with chicken and sauce.

1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
1/2 cup amber beer or root beer
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 hamburger buns, split and toasted
24 cooked bacon strips
12 lettuce leaves

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Place chicken in a greased 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker; pour sauce over top. Cook, covered, on low , 3-4 hours or until tender., Remove chicken; shred with 2 forks. Return chicken to slow cooker; heat through. Serve on buns with bacon and lettuce. Freeze option: Freeze cooled, cooked chicken mixture in freezer containers. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Heat through in a saucepan, stirring occasionally and adding a little water if necessary.

2 gala apples (peeled and grated)
1 lemon (juiced)
8 strips bacon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Steps:

  • In small bowl, combine BBQ sauce with grated apple and juice from one lemon.
  • Wrap 2 pieces of bacon around each chicken breast.
  • Place wrapped chicken breasts in slow cooker and pour BBQ mixture over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
