Grilled Smoked Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze image

1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil, plus extra for grill
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 thinly cut (about 1/2-inch thick) smoked pork chops

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill pan to medium-high.
  • In a plastic resealable bag, big enough to fit the chops, mix together the sugar, honey, oil, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pork from the marinade. Lightly brush the grill with oil. Put the chops on the grill and cook until grill marks form, about 2 minutes. Rotate the chops 90 degrees, and grill for 2 minutes more, to create diamond grill marks. Flip and cook another 2 minutes. Remove from grill to a serving platter and serve.

1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo
2 Tbsp. chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, divided
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
6 smoked bone-in pork chops (2-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
1/2 small head cabbage, quartered
1 small jicama, cut into matchlike sticks
4 carrots (1/2 lb.), shredded

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium heat.
  • Mix mayo, 1 Tbsp. peppers and lime juice; set aside. Mix remaining peppers with barbecue sauce.
  • Brush chops with half the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill chops with cabbage 4 min. or until heated through (160ºF), turning chops and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture after 2 min. Remove chops from grill; turn cabbage. Continue to grill cabbage 4 min.
  • Shred or thinly slice cabbage; place in large bowl. Add jicama, carrots and mayo mixture; toss to coat. Serve with the chops.

1 tablespoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground paprika
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
4 bone-in pork chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • In a bowl, mix together the seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and smoke flavoring until thoroughly combined. Rinse pork chops, and sprinkle the wet chops on both sides with the spice mixture. With your hands, massage the spice rub into the meat; allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Grill the chops over indirect heat until no longer pink inside, about 12 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow chops to stand for 10 more minutes before serving.

1 tablespoon canola oil
1-2 tablespoons dry rub pork seasoning
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound medium size tomatoes (cut in half and then quartered (about 3 cups))
1 cup fresh Italian flat leaf parsley leaves (roughly chopped)
1/3 cup sliced red onion
1/4 cup capers
1 clove garlic (pressed or minced)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 lemon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup feta cheese

Steps:

  • Prepare the grill and clean grill grates for cooking over medium-high heat or about 350°F to 450°F.
  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and brush both sides evenly with olive oil. Generously season the pork chops with the dry rub and sprinkle the oregano evenly on each chop, patting into the meat on both sides. Rest for 5-10 minutes as the grill heats.
