KOREAN BBQ MEATBALLS
Korean BBQ Meatballs are delicious homemade meatballs smothered in from scratch Korean BBQ sauce you can whip up in no time at all.

Steps:
- Mix the ingredients: Place all ingredients EXCEPT for the oil in a large bowl. Using a handheld mixer, mix very well until everything is evenly incorporated and sticks together. If you don't have a handheld mixer, you'll have to use your hands to knead the ingredients together very well.
- Shape meatballs: Using about 1.5 teaspoons of meat mix per meatball, shape meatballs and place them on a lightly oiled baking sheet. For a nicer shape, freeze them for 10 minutes (but this is entirely optional! Just for looks).
- Bake meatballs: Preheat the oven to 410°F. Bake the meatballs for 10-12 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in the middle.
- Whisk all ingredients for the sauce together in a large skillet. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Set aside.
- Place the baked meatballs in the skillet with the sauce and put it back over low head. Gently toss the meatballs with the sauce until they're nicely glazed.

Steps:
- Mince onion.
- Combine hamburger, onion, salt and oatmeal. Add milk as needed for hamburger mixture to hold shape. Make 3/4 - 1 inch meatballs with all of mixture. Place in oven safe casserole dish (I use throw away pans because the BBQ sauce can be hard to get off.).
- Sauce:.
- Mix vinegar, sugar, water, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour mixture over meatballs.
- Bake in oven at 375°F for 15 - 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F for 70 - 75 minutes.
- Start cooking egg noodles about 30 minutes before meatballs are done. Serve meatballs over noodles.
SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALL KABOBS

- To make the sweet & sour sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients, except for the cornstarch, in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened. Set aside until ready to use.
- To make the meatballs, thoroughly combine all the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl and form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Yields about 24 meatballs.
- Alternately thread six bamboo or metal skewers with the meatballs (4 on each skewer), pineapple and vegetables. Brush with about half of the sweet & sour sauce.Heat the grill to medium-high heat and brush the grill grates with some oil. Grill the kabobs about 5-6 minutes on each side or until lightly seared and the meatballs are cooked through.Brush the kabobs with remaining sweet and sour sauce and serve immediately.
