BAKED BRIE WITH ALMONDS AND MANGO

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured work surface and roll into a 10-inch square. Place the Brie wheel in center of the pastry. Spread the chutney over the Brie; sprinkle with the raisins and almonds. Fold the dough up and over the cheese and fillings, pleating the dough to enclose like a packet or purse. Trim the dough, if needed. Flip the packet over and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk together the egg and 1 teaspoon water; brush the Brie packet with the egg mixture.
- Bake until golden, about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the thyme. Cool for about 3 minutes. Serve with sliced apples and baguettes.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the butter over the top of the brie and top with the almonds. Place the brie in a baking pan and bake until the top puffs up, about 25 minutes. You may need to place a square of foil over the top after 15 minutes to prevent the almonds from burning.
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and molasses. Drizzle the mixture on a serving plate and carefully place the baked brie on top of the balsamic mixture.

BAKED BRIE BOMB RECIPE BY TASTY

- Arrange a rack in the lower third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the Brie wheels on a cutting board. Spread the pomegranate preserves over 1 wheel of Brie. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the jam.
- Place another wheel of Brie on top of the mozzarella. Spread the honey over the Brie. Top with the pecans, then the shredded pepper Jack.
- Place the last wheel of Brie on top of the pepper Jack. Spread the Dijon mustard on top of the Brie. Top with the shredded Monterey Jack.
- Drape the prosciutto over the Brie so that all sides are covered and the prosciutto overlaps on the top.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and water together.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 12 x 14-inch (30 x 35 cm) rectangle.
- Place the Brie tower in the center of the puff pastry. Fold the corners of the puff pastry up to the center, brushing each layer with egg wash to secure. Brush the entire tower with egg wash. Cut a few slits in the top of the tower to allow steam to escape.
- Transfer the Brie tower to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with the toasted baguette.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. With sharp knife, score top of Brie in criss-cross pattern cutting just through the rind. Do not cut through the edge. Place in glass pie plate. Spread jelly over top all the way to edge. Sprinkle with pecans, then brown sugar. 3. Bake in centre of oven for 20 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving in pie plate with sliced baguette or crackers. TANGY PEPPER-PECAN BRIE, PAMPERED CHEF
This is an extremely easy, impressive appetizer. It is a pampered chef recipe that my friend and I tweaked until we got it just right. You can adjust the heat to your liking. (I prefer the heat, so I use 3 jalapeños.) You can also double this and use a larger sized Brie to accommodate a bigger crowd.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In small bowl combine peppers, apricot preserves & garlic.
- Cut the brie in half horizontally.
- Place one half of brie cut side up onto center of a large round stone.
- Spread half the apricot mixture on top.
- Top w/ half the pecans.
- Place remaining brie on top (cut side up).
- Spread remaining apricot mixture on top & top off w/ remaining pecans.
- Arrange the baguette slices around the brie.
- spray/brush w/ vegetable oil.
- Bake 8-10 minutes or until baguette slices are golden brown & Brie begins to soften.
- Removed from oven; let stand 5 minutes before serving.
