BERRY SMASH PROSECCO COCKTAIL

Steps:
- In a jar (with lid) muddle a small handful of berries. Then add the simple syrup and ice. Shake.
- In a glass add a few berries.
- Pour the berry syrup over the berries to fill the glass about a ⅓ full.
- Top off with Prosecco and garnish with mint or rosemary.
STRAWBERRY SMASH COCKTAIL
Start with ripe strawberries and Prosecco, then create this custom cocktail with your favorite green herb and spirit. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

- Combine strawberries and mint in a rocks glass. Smash gently with a muddler until berries are a pulp and herbs smell strong. Add rum and sour mix and stir. Fill 3/4 full with ice and top off with Prosecco.
