1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
3/4 cup water
2 envelopes taco seasoning, divided
2 cups fat-free sour cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Steps:

In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes; drain. Add water and one envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly., Beat sour cream, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-qt. dish; add ground beef. Top with lettuce, cheddar, tomatoes, pepper and olives.

3 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian refried beans
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
½ cup salsa
½ head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
¾ cup chopped black olives
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Place the beans in the bottom of one 9x13 inch clear glass dish.
In a medium bowl combine the sour cream with the taco seasoning. Spread mixture over the beans. Spread the salsa over the top of the sour cream. Top the sour cream with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.

1 lb ground beef or 1 lb turkey
1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning
12 ounces dean's French onion dip
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced jalapeno
1 tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips, for dipping

Steps:

Brown the meat and drain. Put the meat back in the pan and add seasoning packet with 2/3 cup of water and bring to a boil. Let cool.
Spread the french onion dip in a 13*9 dish. After the meat has cooled layer that over the dip. Layer the rest of the ingredients as listed. Serve immediately or refrigerate til ready. Enjoy!

2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon light sour cream
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (optional)
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce or 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 green pepper, diced
1 Spanish onion, diced
2 tomatoes, chopped

Steps:

Mix the ingredients beginning with the cream cheese and ending with the cumin powder.
Spread flat in a 9 x 13 dish.
Sread taco sauce or salso over the cheese mixture.
Sprinkle and layer vegetables and cheese in the above order. Chill and serve with taco chips.

1 pound of ground beef
Water
3 tbsp taco seasoning, divided (less than one envelopes taco seasoning)
1/2 cup salsa
Can of refried veans
1/2 cup sour cream
Shredded cheese (we used cheddar - Mexican blend would work well, too)
Roma tomatoes
Green onion

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown ground beef over medium heat and drain excess grease
Add about ½ cup water, two tablespoons of taco seasoning, and salsa.
Cook until combined
IN a separate medium bowl, combine refried beans with sour cream and 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Spread refried beans and sour cream mixture in bottom of the baking dish
Next make a ground beef layer by evenly spreading the ground beef on top of the refried beans
Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes, broiling if necessary
Remove from oven and top with roma tomatoes and green onion
