LOVE THESE! I chose all my favorite ingredients to create an explosion of flavor in every bite. These are burgers I'm known for. An explosion in your mouth.

1 tablespoon butter
½ onion, sliced
4 fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
½ cup dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons steak sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 slices pepperjack cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, cut into halves
¼ cup guacamole, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in melted butter until the onions are very tender and beginning to brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Sprinkle brown sugar over the mixture and continue cooking until the onions caramelize, 5 to 10 minutes more; remove from heat and set aside.
  • Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, horseradish, steak sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, dried onion, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; shape into 4 patties about 6 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick.
  • Cook burgers on preheated grill until completely browned, about 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium and cook burgers another 3 minutes per side, topping each burger with a slice of pepperjack cheese for the last minute of cooking.
  • Top each burger with about 1/4 of the mushroom and onion mixture, 3 pieces of bacon, and 1 tablespoon guacamole to serve.

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons dill pickle relish, well drained
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 dash paprika
1 pinch garlic powder

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until well chilled. Stir again before using. Store leftovers, covered, in the refrigerator for up to a week.

1 Cup shredded lettuce
8 Jumbo sesame seed buns
1 Pound of ground beef chuck
Salt
4 Slices of real American cheese

2 Teaspoons water
2 Tablespoons sweet relish
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons ketchup

Steps:

  • How to Make Bob's Big Boy Sauce This is really easy just combine the relish, mayonnaise,water and ketchup. That's your big boy sauce How to Make Bob's Big Boy Burger On waxed paper form the beef into eight equal sized, round patties about 4″ in diameter. Discard the top half of four of the eight buns. Now toast the the buns until golden. The extra bottom, is your middle bun. After the buns are toasted, now grill your beef patties and salt liberally. Cook for about two minutes, then turn and add another sprinkle of salt. Cook for about another two minutes. Now dress your Big Boy buns while the beef is cooking. Put half the sauce on the toasted bottom, and the other half on the middle, adding 1/8 cup of lettuce to each. The slice of cheese goes on top of the lettuce on the true bottom bun. When the beef patty is cooked, drain excess fat by tilting the patty to the side while holding it to the spatula with your free hand. Put one patty on each dressed bun, stack the center, non-cheese patty/bun on top of the bottom cheese patty/bun. Finish by placing the toasted crowns on top.

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
½ cup water
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 pinch chili powder
¼ teaspoon ketchup
¼ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
1 pinch ground black pepper
4 roll (blank)s cracked wheat hamburger buns
4 slices pepperjack cheese
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and sliced
1 bunch green onions

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven's broiler.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion soup mix, water, garlic, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, ketchup, mustard and pepper using your hands. Pat into 4 large thick patties. Place them on a broiler pan.
  • Broil the burgers for about 15 minutes per side, or until well done. Place buns on the broiler pan and toast briefly. Place whole green onions on the broiler pan at the same time, and just toast until limp.
  • Place burger patties onto the bottom halves of the buns and top each one with a slice of cheese and some avocado slices. Top with the top buns. Serve with green onions.

1/4 pound ground beef - Divided into two equal very thin patties
1 sesame seed bun and one additional bottom bun sliced on both sides
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Shredded lettuce
1 slice processed American cheese
2 tablespoons Heinz Chilli Sauce
1 tablespoon Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Heat a frying pan over high heat and toast your burger buns. Set aside.
  • Place the burger patties in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes per side. Be sure to season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile, spread mayonnaise over the bottom and centre bun.
  • Top the bottom bun with the shredded lettuce and a slice of American cheese.
  • When your patties are cooked through, place one on top of the cheese and then place the centre bun on top of the beef patty.
  • Top the centre bun with the other patty.
  • Mix the chilli sauce and pickle relish and then spoon it over the top, followed by the top bun.

8 ounce Appleton Farms Thick Sliced Bacon, (diced)
1-3 whole fresh jalapeños, (grated)
1 tablespoon Stonemill Amazing Burger Grill Seasoning
8 whole Specially Selected Brioche Buns
8 slices Happy Farms Preferred Habanero Jack Cheese ((or Extra Sharp Cheddar))
½ cup Burman's Barbecue Sauce - Texas Style
1 cup Chef's Cupboard French Fried Onions
8 leaves butter lettuce
8-16 slices tomato
1 cup sliced dill pickles

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. Set out a large bowl. Add the ground beef, diced bacon, grated jalapeños, and Burger Grill Seasoning. Mix by hand until well combined.
  • Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions. Press each portion into a patty slightly wider than the buns.
  • Place the patties on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side. The insides can be slightly pink in the middle, but not medium-rare because of the bacon. The moment the burgers come off the grill, place a slice of cheese over the top of each patty, so they start to melt.
  • Stack the burgers on the buns with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, barbecue sauce, and fried onions on top. Serve warm.
