1 (12 ounce) package King's Hawaiian Rolls (or buns)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons French dressing
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 Tablespoon minced onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 onion (diced)
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Pepper, to taste
6 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced dill pickles
2 cups shredded lettuce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Slice rolls horizontally (keeping them connected) and place in the bottom of prepared baking dish; set aside.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, French dressing, pickle relish, onion, vinegar, sugar and salt to make the special sauce; set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, onion, seasoned salt and pepper.
Cook until onions are translucent and beef is browned. Drain excess grease and set aside.
Spread half of the special sauce on bottom rolls.
Spread half the beef and onion mixture on top.
Top with sliced cheese.
Spread remaining beef and onion mixture on top then spread pickles and lettuce in an even layer on top.
Spread remaining half of special sauce on the inside of the top half of the rolls and place on top of sliders in the pan.
Brush melted butter on top of sliders and sprinkle on sesame seeds.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Cut into individual sliders and serve.

⅔ pound ground beef (85% lean)
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 ½ teaspoons white wine vinegar, or more to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground paprika
4 hamburger bun bottoms
2 hamburger bun tops
2 tablespoons minced onion, or to taste
½ cup shredded lettuce, or to taste
2 tablespoons dill pickle slices, or to taste
2 slices American cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Shape ground beef into 4 flat patties that will fit the hamburger buns. Place them on a tray lined with waxed paper; transfer to the freezer.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, white wine vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl to make sauce. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Toast buns in batches until lightly golden, 1 to 2 minutes.
Layer some of the sauce, 1 tablespoon minced onion, 2 tablespoons lettuce, and pickles on 2 bottom buns. Layer some of the sauce and remaining 1 tablespoon minced onion, 2 tablespoons lettuce, and American cheese on the other bottom buns.
Season patties with salt and pepper. Cook in the hot skillet 2 at a time until browned, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Place 1 patty over each bottom bun; stack and cover with top buns.
