Perfect to take to an office-mate or for a classroom celebration, these don't-spare-the-sprinkles birthday cake cookies are each a mini-party of their own.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, stir cake mix, rainbow candy sprinkles, butter, milk and egg until soft batter forms. Scoop 20 tablespoonfuls of batter onto ungreased large cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or just until cookies are set. Remove from cookie sheet; cool completely.
- Spread frosting on bottom of 1 cookie; top with second cookie, bottom side down.
- Roll edges of frosting in confetti candy sprinkles. If desired, top each with a birthday candle.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar and butter in the bowl of a stand mixer; beat until light and fluffy. Beat in Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Add all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix until combined. Fold in sprinkles.
- Scoop out even amounts of dough using a cookie scoop and roll into balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheets. Use your hand or a glass to flatten the balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven until edges are lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to a cooking rack and repeat with remaining dough. Allow cookies to cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- Make frosting while the cookies are cooling. Beat butter until creamy; mix in confectioners' sugar. Stir in vanilla extract. Thin frosting with cream if needed.
- Spread frosting over cookies using a knife. Cover with more sprinkles.

- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Beat for 1-2 minutes, mixture will look fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk (or sift) together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually stir dry ingredients into butter mixture until just combined.
- Add white chocolate chips and sprinkles and stir until just combined.
- Cover bowl or wrap dough in wax paper. Chill for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours) in the refrigerator. Refrigerating will help the flavors meld and also create a firmer dough to roll into balls.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove dough from refrigerator. Scoop dough using a 1.5 tablespoon scoop or shape by hand into 1.5 inch balls.
- Place cookie dough balls 2 inches apart onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Whisk to combine and set aside.
- In a separate medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-4 minutes. Add in egg and vanilla and beat to incorporate fully.
- Slowly add in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat just to incorporate (do not over mix!) Gently fold in sprinkles. Chill for at least 1 hour for best results. Roll the dough into balls before chilling to make it easy to pop them on the pan.
- While cookie dough is chilling, preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place cookie dough balls/scoops two inches apart on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes, cookies will be puffed up and may not look 100% done, but pull them just before you think they are done. Allow to cool completely and enjoy. Store in an airtight container for about 3-5 days.

- In large bowl, beat cream cheese, softened butter and 1/2 cup of the frosting with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until well blended; scrape side of bowl.
