Ingredients

16 ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon strips, warmed if desired
8 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
4 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes (3 small tomatoes)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps:

Place 2 bacon strips across the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; drizzle with salad dressing. Fold 1 side of the tortilla over filling and roll up.

Cook bacon according to package directions. When cooked to desired crispness transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain extra grease.
While bacon is cooking prepare the sauce. In a small bowl whisk together the yogurt, mayo, mustard, and vinegar.
Slather a scoop of the sauce over the center of a wrap. Layer a small handfull of lettuce, 2-3 tomato slices, and 3 strips of bacon over the sauce. Carefully wrap up the wrap. Repeat until all the wraps are made. Serve immediately.
