BLUE HAWAIIAN JELLO SHOTS
Blue Hawaiian Jello Shots with coconut, berry and pineapple flavors, are the mini version of the classic tropical cocktail.

Steps:
- Add jello in a bowl and stir in boiling water until jello has dissolved. Whisk in pineapple juice, coconut rum, Blue Curacao,and vodka until blended. Fill the shot cups almost to the rim.
- Transfer the filled shot cups to the refrigerator for 4 hours or until set. Keep the filled shot cups in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Top the jello shot with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the dollop of whipped cream. Add a Maraschino cherry and a Pineapple wedge.

- 2. Add the powdered JELL-O to a large mixing bowl and pour the boiling water into the bowl. Whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Add the Blue Curaçao, Malibu Rum and pineapple juice to the gelatin mixture. Stir to incorporate. Pour the gelatin into the cups. Place baking sheet or tray of jello shots into the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 3. Before serving, cut fresh pineapple into bite-size wedges and cut a slit into each pineapple wedge. Place each wedge onto the rim of each jello shot cup. Place a maraschino cherry on top of the blue gelatin, in the middle.
