Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix image

My Three Ingredient Instant Sugar Free Hot Chocolate Mix takes a family favorite and makes it healthier. With a batch of this on hand, even the kids can make their own sweet treat. THM S, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Dairy Free Option, Keto.

1 cup Joy Filled Eats Sweetener (or see alternatives in recipe notes) ()
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup heavy cream powder
OR coconut milk powder

Steps:

  • Add the sweetener, cocoa, and heavy cream powder or coconut milk powder to a food processor and pulse to combine.
  • Mix 2-4 heaping tablespoons of hot chocolate mix into 10 oz very hot water. Stir to dissolve. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!

½ cup low-fat powdered non-dairy creamer
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon granular sweetener (such as Equal®)
¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Combine milk powder, creamer, cocoa powder, sweetener, and cinnamon in a bowl; mix until thoroughly blended. Transfer to a jar with a tight lid.

1/2 - cup unsweetened cocoa powder
10 - packets equal
3/4 - teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • For cocoa mix, stir together milk powder, nondairy creamer, cocoa powder, Equal® and, if desired, cinnamon. Cover and store in an airtight container. For each serving, in a heat-proof mug add 3/4 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup cocoa mix; stir to dissolve. Makes 2 2/3 cups mix, enough for 8 six-ounce servings.
