BRANDY ALEXANDER

Steps:

• Add cognac, dark creme de cacao and cream into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or a coupe glass.
• Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend on slow speed until frothy and well combined. Pour into a rocks glass and serve immediately.

Steps:

• Combine brandy, crème de cacao, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
• Strain into a 6-ounce cocktail glass and grate nutmeg over top, to taste.

FROZEN BRANDY ALEXANDER

Steps:

• In a blender, blend cracked ice, heavy cream, brandy, crème de cacao and Irish Velvet for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 8-ounce stemmed glass and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Steps:

• To make the garnish, mix the sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon together and set aside.
• Pour the brandy, crème de cacao and double cream into a cocktail shaker (or see tip, below), then add a generous handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold, then strain into two small coupe or cocktail glasses.

Serves 2.Passion fruit & coconut alexanderTip 80ml cachaça, 50ml coconut rum, 50ml double cream and the flesh of 1 passion fruit into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker is cold, then double strain the cocktail into two martini glasses. Cut 1 passion fruit in half and drizzle the halves with a couple of drops of coconut rum. Float one half, cut-side up, on top of each cocktail. Serves 2.

Steps:

• Blend ice cream, eggnog, creme de cacao, and brandy in a blender until smooth.n
• Pour into a cocktail glass to serve.n

EASY BRANDY ALEXANDER CHEESECAKE

Steps:

• For Cakes: Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in eggs. Add sugar, flour, crème de cocoa, brandy, and whipping cream. Beat until well mixed. Line cupcake tins with 30 paper liners. Twist cookies apart and place half in each of the liners (filling side up). Fill with batter until almost full. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned; cool. For Topping: Combine all Topping ingredients. Stir, and store in refrigerator for 10 minutes or longer. Remove from refrigerator, and beat until soft peaks form. Frost the cheesecakes with this mixture, and sprinkle with nutmeg. Store in refrigerator.

Steps:

• In blender or small mixer, blend first three ingredients until smooth.
• Divide between two stemmed glasses or dessert dishes.
• Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and cherries.
• Serve with straw and/ot spoons.
