- In a large bowl, combine sausage, biscuit baking mix and cheese. Form into walnut size balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and sausage is cooked through.

BRIAN'S SAUSAGE BALLS
This is a really good recipe for a cheesy, meaty, breakfasty, fun appetizer. I learned it from my sister's boyfriend, and am keeping it here so I won't lose it.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Mix the cheese pancake mix, and dry mustard in a large bowl.
- Break up the sausage roll into smaller bits and add to the bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and continue to mix.
- If it seems to dry add more water so that it is a fairly sticky mixture.
- Roll into balls about the size of a golf ball and place on an non-greased cooking sheet. (A pizza pan works nicely, and you will most likely need two no matter what).
- Put in the oven for about 17 minutes.
- Serve with syrup, ranch, honey mustard, etc.
